The set appears to be missing the hardware screws/nuts/bolts that fasten the sections together. In addition,  the wire for the top section/piece is broken/severed thus that section only does not light up as seen in the attached photos. Can be fixed easily by splicing the broken wire back together thus priced accordingly and highly discounted from retail price.
